“It’s very difficult, it was a new situation which has never been the case in the last four years. A lot of things which were new and not easy.

“It’s something I know will happen because I’m getting older but I don’t want it to happen. I still feel I can bring a lot to the team.
“I just want to be on the pitch and do the same thing I’ve tried to do over the last seven years and leave my heart on the pitch.”

Schar went on to mention that he confirmed his frustration just a little when he were given the danger to play for Newcastle in opposition to Tottenham within the Carabao Cup.
The 33-year-old added that Howe is aware of how he feels about his present state of affairs.
“I think I showed my frustrations a little bit,” he added. “Clearly the gaffer knew I wasn’t satisfied however I attempted to stick calm and simply educate neatly. I knew I’d get every other probability – it was once extra from how the whole thing took place.
